Ningbo XinDenghui Plastic Mould Manufacturing Co., Ltd is located in Cixi City of Ningbo, next to Hangzhou Bay Bridge. It was previously known as (Cixi Changhui Mould Factory) a science and technology enterprise that engaged in manufacturing and production of plastic mould. Having accumulated expertise and experience for years, the enterprise formally transformed into the line of automotive plastic mould manufacturing in 1996.
Since founded, the enterprise has been committed to studying, designing, manufacturing precision injection mold, injection molding and supporting assembly of automotive interior and exterior plastic parts in order to provide a comprehensive solution to automotive plastic for the customers. The molding products related to car lights, grille, body molding, logo and script, air conditioning vent, interior panel and doorknob, which covered all plastic parts of the entire car.
Currently, our workshop covers an area of over 8,000 square meters, and architecture area of 6500 square meters. Now we own over 120 employees. Among them, there are 20 senior mold technicians and 20 senior mold designers. 15% have undergraduate degree and 45% graduate from junior college. All mold design applies advanced design software such as UG/CAD and enterprise custom ERP soft so as to realize information management. We were elected as a governing enterprise of Ningbo Mold Industry Association in early years. Our enterprise is reputed as an excellent manufacturer of Chinese mold with good faith and we entered into Cixi Auto & Motor Parts Industry Association. We have passed ISO/TS16949 in 2009.
So far, we have been in long-term partnership with several well-known auto ancillary enterprises such as Shanghai Koito Automotive Lamp Co., Ltd., Shanghai Huayi Automotive Lamp Co., Ltd. And Ningbo Swell Industry Co., Ltd. Mold products and injection products we produce cover various auto car brands at home and abroad, including: Volkswagen, General Motors, Toyota, Great Wall, Chery, Geely, JAC etc. Over the years, holding ¡°being diligent, and creative, getting victory with good faith¡± as our main management concern, we have gained belief and support from many partners.
