Ningbo New DH Mold Technology Co., Ltd., founded on February 6, 1996, is located in Cixi, Zhejiang Province. Since its inception, we have been dedicated to R&D, design and manufacture of precision injection molds for bicolor/tricolor automotive lamps and interior and exterior trim parts of automobiles. The mold products include light mirrors, decorative rings, lampshades, grilles, car body decoration strips, vehicle logos, air conditioner outlets, interior panels, door handles, etc. During a 30-year commitment, we collaborate seamlessly with automotive OEMs as a full-service partner in terms of R&D, design, manufacturing, and trial production.

With manufacturing facility covers an area of over 15,000 square meters, the company has established various functional departments, inlcuding R & D department, project department, fitter department, processing department, polishing department, quality department, injection molding department and other professional departments. The company has around 130 employees, including more than 30 in the fitter department, exceed 40 in the R & D department, 8 in the project department and quality department, and more than 20 specialists for providing technical support. 15% of the employees with bachelor degree and 45% with junior college degree. 

The mold design integrates industry-leading software for ealy-stage. Later, quality control is ensured through precision inspection tools like CMM and blue laser scanners. Furthermore, the entire production workflow runs on a customized ERP system to achieve digital management.

Our mold workshop is equipped with 15 CNC machines of various specifications and models (including imported equipment such as Makino F5, V90S), 6 EDM machines, 16 production equipment such as fast wire and medium wire equipment. 

To provide customers with more diverse and efficient molding solutions, our injection molding workshop is equipped with a comprehensive range of machines, covering a clamping force spectrum from 90 to 1,900 tons. Our fleet features leading machincs include the Taiwan FCS 3K (1420t,1900t), Taiwan Union 3K 1450t, and Haitian 2K twin-shot series (1300T, 1080T).
